The deceleration of a crane trolley causes braking energy.
The brake energy has to be removed. The resistor should be placed in 0,9 m distance. A cable lenght of 90 cm is necessary.
The brake energy has to be managed safely and quickly with an external brake resistor. In addition, a shielded cable should be used for optimum EMC.
Our brake resistor BWG1000100S (400 Watt / 100 Ohm / IP 65 / 90 cm shielded cable) is connected as an external braking resistor.
